미란성 식도염 및 비미란성 역류 질환 치료를 위한 테고프라잔 임상 3상 시험 시작

브레인트리, 매사추세츠, 2022년 10월 28일 /PRNewswire/ -- 세벨라 파마슈티컬스(Sebela Pharmaceuticals®)는 미국과 캐나다에서 테고프라잔의 라이센스 획득을 위해 HK이노엔(HK inno.N Corporation)과 독점 파트너십을 체결했다. 이 계약에 따라 위장병 분야 최고의 기업이자 세벨라 파마슈티컬스의 계열사인 브레인트리 래보라토리스(Braintree Laboratories)가 미국과 캐나다에서 임상 개발, 등록, 마케팅 및 판매를 담당하게 된다. 새로운 칼륨 경쟁적 위산분비 억제제(potassium-competitive acid-blocker, 이하 P-CAB)인 테고프라잔은 현재 한국과 중국을 포함한 여러 지역에서 승인 및 판매되고 있다.

Under the agreement, Braintree Laboratories, a leader in gastroenterology and an affiliate of Sebela Pharmaceuticals, will be responsible for clinical development, registration, marketing, and sales in the United States and Canada.
